# Adding Funds Tutorial

In most wallets you will need to first connect to the Binance Smart Chain. Below is a tutorial using MetaMask as an example.

## Setup MetaMask to connect to BSC Mainnet <a href="#id-8a2e" id="id-8a2e"></a>

Enter in the BSC mainnet details as follows:

* **Network Name:** BSC Mainnet
* **New RPC URL:** [https://bsc-dataseed1.binance.org/](https://bsc-dataseed.binance.org/) or [https://bsc-dataseed2.binance.org](https://bsc-dataseed2.binance.org/)/
* **ChainID:** 56, or 0x38 if 56 doesn’t work
* **Symbol:** BNB
* **Block Explorer URL:** <https://bscscan.com/>

Click **Save**.

You have now connected to the BSC Mainnet with your MetaMask Wallet and may now purchase BNB to fund your account!

Once connected simple select "BNB" as the currency you wish to purchase and elect to swap from another token or fiat.

Congratulations! You have funded your wallet and are ready to swap for Mars Tokens!
